Senior Management
Lead by Tracy Ward, Managing Director and Peter Gregory, Director, the senior management team at Holt Doctors have over 20 years' experience in medical recruitment.

Compliance Manager and ISO 9001 Auditor
A fully qualified ISO 9001 auditor, Louise Gilbert heads up our compliance team of 20, ensuring we have robust policies and
procedures in place to support our doctors and deliver hospitals a high-quality service by providing framework compliant doctors.
For our managed services, our ISO auditor also gives you confidence in the compliance of sub-contractors. We are also ISO 9001 accredited – achieving 100% compliance.
Revalidation Team
Holt Doctors’ Revalidation Team of three, Louise Gilbert (right), Sharon Clegg (left) and Jonathan Brooks, all work together to offer support and guide candidates through the Appraisal & Revalidation process, they will do their best to answer any queries and help ensure Doctors feel supported as a locum.
Marketing Team
Our Marketing team is responsible for the sourcing of new doctor registrations through a range of Marketing channels. Head of marketing, Francesca Salvini (right), and Alex Scott (left), Marketing Assistant, both hold Marketing qualifications and have years of professional experience under their belts.
The team is in charge of operating various recommendation and incentive schemes, as well as a range of pro-active marketing initiatives, ensuring our doctors receive the best service possible throughout their careers with Holt Doctors.
Business Development Team
Our Business Development team, Sarah Schofield, Tom Stead (left), Tracy Ward (centre) and Stu Gant (right) focus on building relationships with NHS Trusts, GP Surgeries and Private Healthcare providers throughout the UK, to deliver innovative workforce solutions.
Managed Service Team
The Managed Service team works in partnership with our clients to successfully deliver 95% fill rates at our Master Vendor Clients. The team manage the supply chain, liaise with all agencies and ensure compliance delivery to all clients.
Permanent Team
Holt Doctors pride themselves on offering a variety of services to the NHS, not least their placement of Permanent Substantive and Fixed Term Contract doctors.
The team have extensive expertise of assisting both UK and overseas doctors into posts within the NHS, helping their doctors with all aspects of the process from Registering with the GMC and attaining their 'Right to work' visa, through to relocation and occupational health.
