Once part of PHC Luton Ltd, a division of the Pinnacle Staffing Group plc, Holt Doctors was bought in June 2011 by Dr. Peter Gregory and Tracy Ward, who have over 20 years experience in medical recruitment.
The team has grown rapidly since then and now has over 100 members of staff working at the head office based in Skipton, as well as other office locations across the UK and Eastern Europe.
Holt Doctors has gone from being an ad hoc agency supplying the NHS with locums to a progressive organisation that embraces IT technology and responds to changing NHS demands. This has resulted in the company winning several major supplier contracts at prestigious hospitals nationwide.
We’ve developed one of the market leading web-based solutions for the recruitment and management of locum doctors in NHS Trusts (LMS or LMS Recruitment Systems). We also offer a range of bespoke workforce solutions to help deliver cost and process efficiencies to the healthcare sector.
We also operate a permanent recruitment division under the name of Medic International.
In March 2014, the company acquired Anaesthetists Agency – a well-known brand within the industry, Anaesthetists Agency has been in operation for over 20 years and is the only agency to purely focus on supporting anaesthetists to find locum work with various healthcare providers.
