Appraisals

The purpose of medical appraisal is to give the doctor the opportunity to reflect on his or her medical practice over the last year or two and to discuss the ups-and-downs of the past year with a colleague in a safe and confidential environment.

The appraisal process consists of two parts, firstly, you collect evidence of what you have been doing professionally over the year. Secondly, you have a session when you discuss this supporting evidence (and any other matters) with your Appraiser, face to face or by video-conferencing.

As part of this process, you may need to collect Multi Source Feedback (MSF), this service is offered by L2P at a reduced fee of £60 + VAT.

We are also happy to accept similar MSF reports from established companies such as Edgecumbe, Equiniti 360, Fourteen Fish, CFEP etc
