There are over 500 beds available over the Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, their main site being Croydon University Hospital.

They have an A&E department that is open 24 hours a day to service the area around, which is especially important as it’s the only Emergency Department in the borough. There are a number of different departments around the hospital that have different capabilities including their operating theatres, four of which are dedicated to day surgery procedures. As well as this, there are 24/7 maternity services with a labour ward, midwifery-led birth centre and the Crocus home birthing team as well as a special care baby unit.

The hospital is just a 15 minute walk away from West Croydon tube station where you can be linked with transport to the rest of London and further afield.
