Please note:

The recently issued Version 6 Holt Doctors’ Handbook contains details on HMRC legislative changes and documentary evidence we need to provide for locum doctors where we don't operate PAYE ourselves, some changes to our payment processes/timesheet deadlines, information on "direct engagement" arrangements a number of NHS Trusts prefer to use, an explanation of the relationship between Holt Doctors and its subsidiary, Anaesthetists Agency, as well as an overview on legislative requirements for personal professional indeminity insurance and more information on whistleblowing.

Please still send in your confirmation when you have read the Handbook.
