Contract Management & Implementation
Each client is very different and presents its own unique challenges; consequently the time taken at the beginning of the project to understand your recruitment objectives and requirements is vital.
Key stages and timescales – Holt Doctors has a comprehensive contract implementation procedure and operates a 4 stage service delivery approach. Each stage is signed off by your organisation before we proceed to the next. Typically, most solutions are fully implemented within 2-6 weeks of the contract being awarded.
Detailed implementation plan – Issued at the start of each contract, the implementation plan sets out the objectives and key milestones for the project, clearly identifying roles and responsibilities.
Monitoring for risk – A risk assessment is taken and agreed at the beginning of any contract and forms its own section within the implementation plan, this is tracked throughout the contract with corrective actions taken where necessary. Holt Doctors also has a detailed Disaster Recovery Procedure in place.
Communication and objectives – Regular communication and an effective partnership will be vital from the outset. To ensure the success of your project weekly implementation discussions, on-site visits and regular review conference calls are held, as well as a consistent relay of data on a weekly or monthly basis as requested.
Marketing – GAP analysis and historical data is reviewed in detail to establish where there may be locum shortfalls and targeted marketing campaigns are developed accordingly to build capacity – feeding in to permanent recruitment campaigns where required.
Ongoing strategic reviews – Client review meetings and internal project management team meetings regularly assess management information and KPIs as the contract develops, identifying areas for service improvements with clear action points and timescales for change agreed.
