What you’ll be doing
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a target driven role, learn about the sector, building relationships with doctors, placing them in locum appointments across the UK.
You will be required to proactively manage and develop a bank of doctors who work as locums in NHS Trusts, balancing sales activity with industry compliance.
The role requires you to be able to work autonomously and with initiative to manage the full recruitment process; proactively encouraging doctors to go forward to work, adhere to the compliance process and build an open, honest and successful working relationship.
What you’ll need
You should have previous sales experience, a confident telephone manner and the ability to prioritise whilst working in a fast paced environment. Excellent IT skills are also essential.
