We are now seeking a Divisional Manager to manage teams of Recruitment Consultants, placing Doctors into locum positions.
What you’ll be doing
Responsible for up to 15 Recruitment Consultants, you will work with Recruiters to achieve financial targets, maximisation of resources and maintain good team dynamics. A high level of compliance is needed in this sector and therefore you will need to ensure standards are maintained and procedure upheld. You will take a hands on, proactive approach to achieving fill rates and resolving recruitment issues faced by the team. You will be a strong people manager who is results driven and highly organised.
What you’ll need
