Business Development Manager
What you’ll be doing
A brand ambassador for Holt Doctors, you will take a lead role in initiating and building meaningful relationships with our healthcare clients. The role necessitates travel across the UK.
Goal and performance driven, you will be responsible for managing our existing client agreements and developing new business opportunities within the NHS and private sector. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will make an important contribution to improving the commercial capability and decision-making at Holt Doctors. This is a position that requires national travel.
What you’ll need
You will have fantastic communication and presentation skills, be able to demonstrate that you have managed multiple client projects at one time, have exceptional attention to detail and be able to think strategically.
The role would suit an experienced medical recruitment consultant with a background in client management or an experienced account manager.
